What Is MS4CC?
My Surf 4 Cash Club is a plan that will allow you to purchase Advertising Packages ranging from $5.00 to $3,000.00. Each Package you buy provides you with the opportunity to Advertise up to 5 sites to our Membership of like-minded Internet cash earners. MS4CC is a combination of a Traffic Exchange and a Profit Share system. Upgrades are good for one and one half years (547 days). All upgrades that are carried over from the previous program will still expire in one year (365 days) from date of purchase.

Do The Upgrades Expire?
Yes. New upgrades have a life of One and One Half years or 547 days. Upgrades carried over from the previous program will expire at the old rate of One year or 365 days.

Am I Allowed More Than One Account?
NO. You may only have 1 (one) account 'Per Person', 'Per IP' and/or 'Per Payment' ID. Account holders found to have duplicates of any of these three items with another account holder will have any and all accounts terminated and all funds and earnings forfeited. Also, you may not refer anyone living at the same physical address.

What Payment Processors Do You Accept?
The only Payment Processors we receive from or pay to are SolidTrustPay and AlertPay.

Are There Any Guarantees or Refunds?
All sales of Positions are final. No refunds or guarantees of any kind.

How Do I Earn Residual Income?
You must be an upgraded member of at least one $5 upgrade to earn your share of the profits each month. Also, you must surf at least 20 sites on four (4) different days each month. One of those four days MUST be on the last day of each month. If you miss surfing on the last day of the month, your units WILL NOT earn any profit for that month. This is non-reversible. If You Miss It, It Is Gone. You may surf more days if you wish.

Can I Earn Other Income?
Yes you can earn from our Paid To Click area. You can also earn 2% commission on your personal referrals.

What Sites Are Allowed?
We accept clean and clear 'ENGLISH ONLY' sites. NO POPUPS NO REDIRECTS NO POP UNDERS. Any site that is 'Slow Loading', 'Stops the Timer', 'Breaks Frame' or does anything to slow down the surfing or interfere with surfing will be removed if admin feels the need. NO FRAME BREAKERS. No Shortened URLs. No 'Login' or 'Sign Up' only URLs. If you are found to have broken any of these rules more than once your account will be suspended for a 2 week period. If after such time of reinstatement you are found to break these rules again your account will be terminated without notice.

How Do I Add Credits To Advertise My Site?
IMPORTANT! When entering a new site for approval, THERE MUST BE CREDITS ASSIGNED, OR IT WILL BE DELETED! In your back office under 'Site Details', you will see 'You may add 5 more site(s)' and 'Surf Credits Available xxxx'. Click on 'Update' and it will take you to a page where you can add the URL of your site and allocate any number of credits that you have available, to your URL to be shown. Then you need to go to your 'Add New Site' and click 'Update' by your site and add any number in the 'CPH' (Credits Per Hour) window and then 'Save'. Usually from 1 to 10 works fine. Sites are manually Enabled within 48 hours.

How to Advertise In The PTC Section?
Everyone is welcome to advertise with your own PTC for a reasonable price. However, anyone with an upgraded level of $500 or more is required to purchase at least one (1) PTC per calendar month. The price of PTCs is $2.60 for 400 viewings at one half cent ($0.005) per click. This is best done by first sending your payment of $2.60 to AlertPay - mysurf4cash@yahoo.com or SolidTrustPay - MySurf, then send your PTC info in by way of a Support Ticket with the info necessary to get it set up. Please allow 48 hours to be put in place as they are done manually and weekends do not count. The info needed is the Banner URL that looks like this.. Are There Any Commision Earnings?
Yes. You will earn 2% on all of your referrals out-of-pocket upgrades and is added to your account balance.

Ethics
We, as the admin and staff of MS4CC, will be honest with you on any problems that there may be within the program. We, in turn, expect the same of you. Do not degrade the program without discussing your concerns with us and we will do our best to clear that problem within a reasonable time. Also, do not degrade or harass the admin and/or staff of MS4CC as this type of action will result in termination without refund.

When Are Earnings Put Into My Account Balance & When May I Request a Withdrawal?
Profit Share earnings are placed in your Account Balance at midnight on the last day of each month if you surf 20 sites that day. If you miss surfing that day, you will not earn. PTC earnings and Referral Commissions are sent to your Account Balance within 24 hours. Withdrawals may be made only once on either the 1st or 2nd of each month with a minimum withdrawal of $5 and will be manually processed within 10 business days barring any technical difficulties.
